Integrated Medical Systems International, Inc. - IMS addresses the readiness and the flow of surgical instruments from the central sterile department through the operating room suite, helping to build a bridge between the two. IMS has developed proven programs for instrument care, repair, restoration, education, m inimally invasive surgical support and central sterile department processes.

Training : Instructs the Instrument Product line in all internal teaching engagements, including but not limited to NHO, Distance Learning, IMSU, Field Sales Rep Sessions, and Technician training on end user experience and proper use and function of equipment. This training also includes any new programs or product launches.

Sales Support: Supports field sales representatives in relation to situations where a subject matter expert is needed to help the sales process proceed. Marketing: Maintain and adds to the marketing content focused on: Capabilities, Market Need, End User Experience. Part of this responsibility is to ensure that IMS is marketing items to the Reps and Customers in a manner consistent with the IMS brand. Analysis: Prepares and tracks monthly and quarterly reports that breakdown revenue into the different areas of responsibility with the Instrument product line. Including but not limited to: • On Location Service • Lab Based Specialty Repairs. • Laparoscopic Instrument Repairs • OR Accessories Repairs The reporting will be focused on what items are being sold by rep/account. There will also be a monthly Product line update to the Executive Committee that encompasses all Instrument team projects, sales results, challenges, successes and needs.

Insulation Integrity Tester : Manages the sale of integrity testers by sales representatives to contracted facilities; provides paperwork, training and support services to facilities and representatives.

Onsite Repair Centers: Works with facilities to determine the need to have onsite repair services for general and specialty instruments, including placement of onsite repair technicians and mini-labs in facilities.

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university; and/or two years of administrative, marketing or event planning preferred.
