Roles, Responsibilities and Expectations:
Successful candidate must have field experience working with pressure, temp, flow and level devices as well as control valves.
Responsibilities include completion of daily work schedule, testing, calibrating and commissioning of instrumentation within the Corpus Christi refinery, recording and maintaining data sheets and technical documentation.
Perform Instrument turnaround maintenance activities (ID potential scope items, enter t/a work orders, lead work crews for scope as assigned, and perform instrument scope work.)
Work Experience & Skills Required:
Minimum 5 years instrument maintenance experience in a refining, chemical, or power plant.
Minimum 3 years instrument maintenance experience in a refining, chemical, or power plant in addition to an A.A.S. in Electronics or Instrumentation or / Certificate of completion from an instrument vocational school
High School Diploma or equivalent
Work Experience & Skills Preferred:
5 years experience working in refining, chemical, or power plant.
1) A.A.S. in Electronics or Instrumentation Technology; 2) Certificate of completion from an instrument vocational school 2 year program or/equivalent military training.
