Insurance Business Development Officer
The Insurance Business Development Officer (BDO) will be responsible for developing sales strategy, goals and objectives for cross selling efforts with the Regional BDO for all lines of Insurance within the Carolinas. This includes establishing and growing relationships with the Commercial Banking Group (CmBG) and building strategies that can be acted on jointly/locally. BDO s are tasked with earning introductions to Wells Fargo clients, understanding the client s needs, and then aligning our industry experts within the organization to deliver customer solutions.
***This position calls for travel up to 50% of the time***
***Preferred location is Charlotte. Manager will consider alternative locations within the Carolinas***
4+ years insurance and/or financial services experience.
Insurance license for designated insurance line required within 6 months of hire, considering state law restrictions.
Previous business development experience within a banking or other financial services company.
