Monitors insurance compliance for operating entities and maintains vendor master data.
Functions as the liaison between the division, vendor and third party insurance administrator.
Reviews insurance compliance reports and facilitates resolution of outstanding issues.
Communicates with Division personnel on status of non-compliant vendors.
Maintains vendor hold listing.
Reviews vendor setup and change requests to ensure all information is accurate prior to updating vendor information in the system.
Reviews vendor change report at month end and documents information for Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.

REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
- Minimum Associates degree or equivalent
- Related Functional Experience:
- Minimum of 1-3 previous related experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of insurance industry
