Provide excellent customer service.
Answer phones and assist or direct clients as needed to ensure they are served in a friendly and prompt manner.
Accept and accurately process payments. Assist clients with processing a variety of transactions.
Enter and maintain accurate and clear information within agency management system (AMS).
Provide personal lines quotes to clients for home, auto, life, umbrella and scheduled items.
Provide administrative support including sorting, creating files, printing invoices, and processing reports.
Property & Casualty Insurance License is required

2 years customer service experience is required
