Role: Manager, Integrated Marketing (in enterprise marketing)
Location: Minneapolis MN


This is an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor with the hottest software company in Minnesota! In this role, you’ll conceptualize, create, implement and optimize integrated online/offline marketing programs to generate sales leads and promote corporate/product awareness consistent with Code 42 corporate objectives. This role will:

  • Develop, implement, refine and analyze targeted, multi-faceted, results-driven B2B marketing programs to generate both prospect and existing customer leads for the enterprise sales team
  • Collaborate closely with product marketing, field marketing, partner marketing, design, communications and many other departments in the development and execution of marketing programs
  • Identify and engage with new marketing vehicles to generate qualified leads
  • Continually assess integrated marketing effectiveness across marketing channels, including key program metrics such as cost-per-lead and marketing-influenced sales revenue
  • Deliver detailed analysis of campaign effectiveness and reporting metrics
  • Monitor lead opportunity value by campaign themes, focus and regional execution
  • Review qualitative research on industry benchmarks and trends to develop future campaign marketing strategies
  • Write compelling, concise marketing copy for both online and offline vehicles
  • Manage cross-functional teams
  • Manage and balance campaign budgets
  • Perform all other duties and assist in other areas as needed


  • 5-10 years experience in marketing (B2B marketing experience preferred)
  • Excellent strategic planning, project management, communication and presentation skills
  • Strong writing/proofreading skills and positive, high-energy, team-focused attitude
  • Self-starter who knows when to pull the right people in to a project
  • Ability to develop/edit compelling, succinct, error-free marketing materials
  • Ability to initiate tasks and work independently, with maniacal attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new technical concepts
  • Ability to quickly shift gears as needed, without losing equilibrium
  • Knowledge of basic branding concepts
  • Experience with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
  • Must be willing and able to travel occasionally


  • Experience in enterprise software marketing
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, English or Communications
  • Experience using marketing automation applications
  • Familiarity with AP writing style
