Responsibilities for this Position:
General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems (GDAIS) has an immediate opening for an Integration, Test & Deployment Lead to join our team. The position provides an opportunity to develop the cutting-edge technology that supports some of our nations fundamental defense services. GDAIS employees work closely with esteemed clients to develop solutions that allow them to carry out high-stakes national security missions. The selected candidate will work with collaborative teams to assess the functionality of GDAIS and client technologies. Key Responsibilities
The Integration, Test, and Deployment Lead will provide and manage personnel to perform integration, test, and deployment of customer capabilities. In addition to development level integration and test (I&T), support end-to-end system level test and integration. Specific requirements will change over the period of performance in line with the changes in the customer business model. Initially, I&T will focus on standalone hardware and software systems. Over time, I&T will primarily include services, frameworks, utility cloud, and special purpose hardware. Deployment will change from hardware specific to software-based. The Integration, Test, and Deployment Lead is responsible for designing, developing and implementing cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting GDAIS systems and equipment. In addition, these employees prepare test and diagnostic programs, plan and arrange labor, and organize schedules and equipment required to test and evaluate standards and special devices.

Specific Responsibilities
Work with system engineers to track system requirements and plan and conduct system tests
Lead the implementation of Test Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Test/Continuous Integration (CT/CI), and deployment automation processes
Work with developers to plan and check unit tests
Lead the implementation of test automation and balance the cost and effort of developing automated and manual test procedures
Select, train, and implement industry standard tools for TDD, CT/CI, deployment automation, and test automation such as Maven, Nexus, Jenkins, and Robot Framework
Provide the Program Manager and Customer with technical status
Identify and plan the mitigation of program technical risks

Basic Qualifications:
Candidates must demonstrate a passion for innovation and the ability to further enhance GDAIS technology.

The Integration, Test, and Deployment Lead position requires a bachelors degree in a specialized area, field or the equivalent and at least eight to ten years of related work experience. Applicants with a masters degree and a minimum of six to eight years of related experience are also eligible.

TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
