This position is responsible for successfully managing IT requirements on multiple, concurrent M&A projects. The projects vary in complexity and scope, requiring strong attention to detail. This role will include management of the entire project life cycle balancing constraints of project scope, timelines, quality, and budget. This position requires creating and documenting effective business requirements, along with tightly managing project plans. The Project Manager will be expected to facilitate requirements discussions, capture information, document the requirments, and ensure thorough execution of the action items. This position requires management of risks, completion of status reports, approving deliverables and post deliverable signoff. Day to day management of project resources will be required including relevant & timely communication to project stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. Additionally there will be direct interaction with all levels of individuals throughout the organization as well as 3 rd party vendors and consultants. In addition to M&A responsibilities, this position will involve the same level of responsibility for Center relocations, renovations, and closures.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Oversight

Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client
Effectively applies company methodology and enforces project standards
Manages project risk
Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately Businesss Requirements

Captures all business needs
Ensure the requirements match the approved scope of the project
Details out-of-scope requirements
Produces detailed business requirements document
Ensures all stakeholders approve the business requirements before the development phase starts Financial Management

Manages project budget
Ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables Communication

Facilitates team and client meetings effectively
Holds regular status meetings with project team
Effectively communicates relevant project information to leadership
Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion
Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully. Technical Understanding

Possesses general understanding in the areas of database and system design
Possesses general understanding of Internet, Intranet, and client/server architectures
Possesses general understanding of network infrastructure
Possesses a thorough understanding of Information Technology capabilities Project Team Management

Manages day-to-day project team interaction
Sets and manages expectations
Positively represents IT and develops lasting relationships with client personnel
Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions

Total education, vocational training and experience:
2 years experience as a Project Manager in an IT environment
Bachelor’s degree or significant experience required
Experience with Microsoft Project, Visio, Word & Excel
Exceptional analytical and organizational skills, including a proven ability to adapt to a dynamic project environment
Relevant certifications or advanced degrees a plus
Proven ability to manage key stakeholders while managing competing priorities
Strong leadership skills including conflict/issue resolution
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written with clients, stakeholders, and senior leadership
Ability to work effectively with project resources across multiple departments
