Specific Job Description:
The candidate will provide document analysis and reporting, watchlist program training, quality and process, special team support, and support to large USG customer. The candidate will show experience in maintaining production flow, timely processing of incoming message traffic and timely completion of reports. The candidate should show experience in a training and certification program of above.
-Minimum Required Qualifications: Watchlist Analysts must have a college degree (BA/BS or higher) and two (2) years full-time work experience in document analysis or seven (7) years full-time work experience in document HUMINT analysis. A demonstrated ability and knowledge of basic computer skills, research, data collections, and reporting is required. Experience used as equivalency for college degree must be in addition to other experience requirements. Strong written and oral communication, organization, and interpersonal skills are required, as well as ability to pose creative solutions to operational challenges. Ability to work well with teams or individually with minimal supervision.
The candidate should possess a knowledge of IC customer secure network environments, proficiency with multiple customer databases and tools for analysis, knowledge of HUMINT reporting, methods, handling, use and the relationship of intelligence gaps.
