Reviewing concepts/plans/operations, identifying information gaps and critical assumptions, validating assessment criteria and feedback, determining intelligence credibility and recognizing risk
Analyzing and coordinating multiple complex actions occurring over time in support of broad goals
Evaluate and project data, draw conclusions, and estimate probabilities using ingenuity, judgment, and an understanding of significant conditions and trends
Assist in establishing requisite TTPs and/or training by identifying, developing and integrating best practices for planning and intelligence support
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the following areas:
oExperience with deliberate, crisis action and adaptive planning and familiarity with the joint planning process
oDesign methodology and the military decision making process
oExcellent verbal, written and electronic communication skills to include proficiency with Microsoft Office and skills in preparing analytical products
oExperience in one of the geographic or functional COCOMs and/or on the Joint Staff
oExperience with classified and unclassified databases, software applications and other intelligence research tools to identify, assimilate, examine, interpret, present and evaluate all-source information to determine the nature, function, interrelationships, personalities, capabilities and intent regarding the intelligence capabilities of entities of interest
oExperience in soliciting, assembling and organizing data and presenting results in supports of common organizational goals
oDemonstrated application of analytic, diagnostic and qualitative techniques sufficient to identify, evaluate and recommend appropriate solutions to resolve complex, interrelated analytic problems/issues
oExperience with standard analytical search tools (e.g. Palantir, M3, WISE, TAC and special access programs)
Knowledge of the Intelligence Community (IC), it's agencies' responsibilities, roles and capabilities, and familiarity with IC analytic and production standards
Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills, self-initiative, and ability to interact with multiple levels of leadership
Effective in the collaboration and coordination of new ideas and concept with team members of varying experience
Superior ability to articulate qualitative and quantitative analysis results to support recommendations
Ability to work bot independently and as a team member
Formal intelligence training and advanced military planning experience is a plus
