INTELLIGENCE COMMUNITY SEGMENT LEAD
Primary Responsibilities: The qualified candidate will be responsible for program and business development for CTC's Intelligence and Information Security market sector, with a focus on the National Security Agency and/or the Central Intelligence Agency, resulting in $10M annually. Required duties will include strategic planning, business capture, proposal leadership, competitive analysis, client relationship development and other duties resulting in the expansion of existing programs; the capture of new, funded awards and programs; and the creation of new contract capacity where required. The successful individual will lead business development activities within the Intelligence and Information Security market sector and will exhibit an ability to collaborate with counterparts in other sectors to develop and present tailored, comprehensive solutions to client requirements.

Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of experience, a Master's degree plus 6 years of experience, or a PhD plus 4 years of directly-related experience.
Qualified applicants will possess knowledge of: government contracting procedures; customer relationship development skills; written and oral presentation skills, including proposal development; knowledge of the Intelligence Community and its technical requirements and programs; and demonstrate past success in the business development arena.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships, possess the insight to identify relationships among multiple, seemingly disparate programs that address specific client requirements, and display an ability to work cooperatively with clients to identify future requirements and devise solutions to those requirements.
Qualified candidates will have a documented and demonstrated track record of capture on contracts and opportunities in the Intelligence Community.
