Intelligence Systems Training Developer
The successful candidate will use their demonstrated expertise in Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance to provide training development and training support for the Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance Synchronization Tool (IST), in support of the Program Manager for the Distributed Common Ground Station – Army (DCGS-A). Experience designing, developing, producing, and maintaining TRADOC-compliant Lesson Plans and Training Support Packages across numerous software platforms. Solid understanding of the requirements management and software development process for ongoing IST development and integration of IST into DCGS-A is preferred.
Candidate shall possess at least three years intelligence experience in asset management, mission management, and/or collection management in addition to proven TRADOC-compliant training development experience. Candidate shall be competent in the following software to perform requirements that use office automation: Windows 2000/XP, MS Office Word and PowerPoint. Candidate must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communications skills. It is desired that candidate be a graduate of a recognized Army Basic Instructor Course, Training Database Capabilities course and Systems Approach to Training Course. A Top Secret Clearance is preferred, but the ability to maintain a TS/SCI is mandatory. Travel is infrequent and will not include deployment travel to overseas locations.
