We're looking to hire extraordinary developers, testers and designers to help us build our big data, consumer-focused mobile and web applications. These positions report directly to the CTO.
What you will be doing
You will be involved in designing and prototyping the interfaces and functionality of the Fair Auto web and mobile consumer applications.
Design
--Create engaging, usable, cutting-edge user interfaces to form a compelling visual experience for our customers, while also working to achieve business goals.
--Produce highly accurate wireframe documentation, process/task flows, site maps, screen prototypes and other specifications so that they advance the company's merchandising, business, marketing, and branding objectives.
--Brainstorm concepts and create visual prototypes via story boards, mockups, or other prototyping tools and present design ideas to the team
Requirements
--Track record of interaction design accomplishments
--At least 5 years experience in user experience, information architecture, or interaction design
--Strong point of view and creative ideas, and the ability to promote conceptual thinking throughout the team
--Desire to build world-class consumer web products with a focus on user experience, engagement, and strong visual design creativity
--Ability to thrive in a fast paced and high-intensity start-up culture
--Proficiency with Omnigraffle, Fireworks, InDesign, Illustrator and Excel
--Strong leadership and organization skills
