DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as support on client projects:
Layout and design of print and interactive promotional material such as: flyers, posters, ads, signage, emails, etc. as well as social media efforts: Twitter, blogs, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.
Editing of video content, with occasional filming responsibilities
Participation in consumer engagement initiatives, both online and offline; with an eye to creating a strong link between graphic/web content and social media content
Support of creative team to develop new ways of meeting campaign success metrics (e.g., media and blog impressions, brand awareness, web traffic, social media reach, attendance at offline events) and with daily office tasks
Participate in Vivaldi Partners Group marketing:
Create marketing materials and promotional items
Support Marketing Manager with tasks, as needed
Requirements:
Competent with desktop publishing software-Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or InDesign – although also able to work in Microsoft Office
Familiar with FinalCutPro
Must have Portfolio that demonstrates skills in Graphic design, Web design, and Social Media management
Self-starter and self-motivated
Equipped with strong organizational/multi-tasking skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Excellent writing skills a plus
Previous intern or graphic design experience is preferred
Reader of a wide-range of media
A sense of humor
