We are looking for a self-starting, enthusiastic, and detailed-oriented designer to join our team full-time. In this role, you will be responsible for producing attractive interfaces that align with brand guidelines, facilitate a positive user experience, and leverage contemporary design solutions that successfully meet business objectives. The ideal candidate will have an online portfolio that is creative, current, and teeming with innovative work. A background in e-commerce is preferred.

Work closely with product managers, UX specialists, front-end developers, engineers and other internal departments to gain knowledge of the existing storefront, implement new features, and improve existing features

Conceptualize and create pixel-perfect mockups from sketches, wireframes, and spec documents (and on occasion, out of thin air!)

Interpret needs, objectives, and direction from multiple sources of input to ensure design concepts meet brand standards and business goals

Communicate ideas and concepts clearly and concisely while quickly applying feedback and direction as needed

Act as a resource and thought partner to colleagues in other departments

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in graphic design, visual communication, or related field

3-7 years of experience designing outstanding products (preferably large-scale, dynamically driven ones)

The ability to manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced, highly iterative environment

Ability to produce quality work under tight deadlines is a must

Strong talent for visual design, layout, and typography with excellent attention to detail (with a portfolio to prove it)

Understanding of design for female demographics

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

An affinity for current industry developments, design trends, and technologies

Exceptional interpersonal, collaborative, and creative problem solving skills

An interest in online shopping/e-commerce
