This position manages the corporate card program for Tesoro Corporation and Tesoro Logistics GP, LLC ensuring adherence to corporate policies and procedures. Perform risk analysis and fraud control tasks to limit company liability. Responsible for accurately recording financial transactions to the general ledger. Reconcile and oversee multiple general ledger accounts in accordance with GAAP and SOX controls.
Complete the general ledger account reconciliation for corporate card and employee travel and entertainment reimbursement accounts.
Process journal vouchers for financial transactions, accruals, and employee reimbursements. Review and analyze transaction history to identify potential process improvements.
Perform corporate card program administrative duties including cardholder account maintenance and system training, payment of monthly corporate card account invoice, communications to cardholders and assist with updates to program policies and procedures as required.
Identify and manage risks associated with the corporate card program.
Maintain corporate organizational structure within the corporate card's application software.
Prepare financial reports and reconciliations for use by various departments as requested.
Education & Experience:
Minimum undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field of study.
Minimum 5 years of accounting or finance experience required.
Corporate card program management preferred.
