Transamerica Life Protection (LP) division provides operations, information technology, legal, marketing, and finance support to internal agents and independent producers who market the companies life insurance, health insurance, long-term care insurance, marketing services, and investment products. Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of this role is to update customer policy information within several administrative systems. Additionally, this position is responsible for:

Analyze, process and accurately update policy payments in all applicable applications in a timely manner

Working in a collaborative manner to meet established departmental service level goals

Ability to multi-task in high volume environment on a daily basis and make sound business decisions while maintaining acceptable quality and productivity benchmarks.

Excellent interpersonal skills with all levels of the organization internal and external including verbal and written communication

Performs other duties as assigned based on division needs

Maintain working knowledge of administration system processes.

Provide assistance and guidance to others as needed.

Perform quality reviews to develop ideas to improve quality, provide suggestions on process improvements opportunities.

Provide training to department personnel. Develop and document procedures supporting our business functions. Prepare documents for processing and determine actions to be taken to process specific work flow

Other duties as assigned based on divisional needs.

Qualifications:
Associates degree or equivalent work experience and a minimum of 1-2 years experience is required. College degree, LOMA 1 and 2, strong customer service skills with 10-key and data entry experience; strong problem solving, math and communication skills; knowledge of Accounting principles required and proficient in windows environment preferred.

Pay, Benefits, and Work Schedule:
Salary Range: $28,000 - $37,000

FLSA status: Non-Exempt

Benefit eligible employees qualify for the AEGON USA, Inc. benefit package, which is a comprehensive package including optional Health, Dental, Vision, Flexible Spending Accounts, 401k, and more Additional details may be provided upon selection for interview. Transamerica’s pay ranges are competitive and are based on the external labor market. An annual bonus opportunity may be available to regular employees. Note: Job offer amounts are commensurate with applicant qualifications, level of experience and other compensable factors and are determined by hiring supervisors/managers.
