The Intern, Business Intelligence is responsible for mining the data and determining different solutions that could help map and merge the data and propose solutions to help manage this data on-going (including helping to build user interfaces).
The goal of the point-of-sale project is to improve the POS reconciliation data, process and transparency. As out intern you would dive into the current processes, analyze and mine the data, design and create actionable dashboards and provide input on overall process improvements.

Work closely with POS and Market Analytics team resources.
Analyze, mine, and extract data.
Provide detailed analysis and possible solutions by focusing on a subset of the data.
Design dashboards to help summarize the data, demonstrate trending, and provide actionable insights.
Create and prioritize process improvement plans.
For consideration, you must bring the following skills and behaviors to our team:
Recently completed or pursuing a Bachelor’s, Masters’ or Ph.D. program
Strong analytical skills
Technical data skills such as database design or ETL development is a plus
Ability to mine data, determine different solutions that could help map and merge data (ie: simple mappings, fuzzy logic mapping, etc) and propose solutions to help manage this incoming data (including helping to build user interfaces)
