Job Description:
FIJI® Water, natural artesian water bottled at the
source in Viti Levu (Fiji islands), is the number one
imported bottled water in the United States. FIJI Water,
known for its iconic square bottle, soft mouthfeel and

discerning consumers and top chefs. Widely available at
fine restaurants and hotels, all major retail channels
including grocery and convenience, and through a
convenient delivery service. JUSTIN Winery is a
family-operated winery making estate- grown and
  • produced wines. It was founded in 1981 by Justin and
Deborah Baldwin when they planted major Bordeaux
varietals on their 160-acre property and created their
estate vineyard. The winery is located in the Paso
Robles appellation of California's central coast.
Landmark Vineyards was founded in 1974 in Windsor, CA
and in 1989 relocated from Windsor to a spectacular
piece of land at the base of Sugarloaf Mountain in the
Sonoma Valley. The winery is equipped with
state-of-the-art winemaking equipment capable of
producing 25,000 cases of wine per year.
The Customer & Category Insights Intern will assist with
key projects pertaining to customer, category, consumer,
and shopper insights. The position requires analytical
abilities, market research ability, and a high-degree of
interest in consumer products, retail sales, and
purchasing behavior. A successful candidate must also
demonstrate project management skills with the ability
to work across multiple functions including sales,
marketing, finance, and strategy.
This is a paid internship targeted to last 10-12 weeks
with an estimated commitment of 32 hours per week.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Analyze current sales and marketing programs and
summarize key insights and actions for future
program improvement
  • Support the Key Accounts/Retail Sales Team with the
creation of processes, tools, and reports that track
and analyze industry, channel, account, and SKU data
  • Identify account, market, and/or regional
opportunities focusing on merchandising, assortment,
pricing, and shelf placement
  • Identify ways to improve overall category
management, trade promotion, and consumer/shopper
insights capabilities
  • Create insightful sales and marketing tools
(presentations, sell sheets, case studies, etc.)
  • Work collaboratively within the Customer & Category
Insights team on special projects as needed

Job Requirements:
  • 4-year degree in Business, Marketing, or a related
field completed/in progress (MBA program enrollment
  • 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or
equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and
communication skills
  • Solid analytical skills with a generally inquisitive
  • A self-starter who takes initiative without being
  • Positive attitude with a team mentality
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • Experience using syndicated data (IRI, Nielsen,
etc.) and category management principles preferred
