Assists in support of annual planning process providing daily support to HR Business Partners. Support will be provided in the form of assisting in the development of communications, conducting training sessions, integration with talent management processes where applicable, answering routine questions, making data adjustments in PRM tools as well as other similar tasks such as auditing salary, promotion and bonus calculations.

Assist in completing bonus plan templates for HR Operations Organization to load for Americas employees into PRM tool, as well as auditing the plans once loaded. Creates summary file for HR BPs to use throughout the year. This file lists bonus plan assignments by role, as well as appropriate plan attachments.

Ongoing activities include preparing payroll files with all offcycle bonus payout and other compensation changes, and auditing them for accuracy; facilitating the quarterly SOX reviews with the internal auditors; updating the Job Code Table and completing any new requests; Monitoring EIC for tickets sent to TR inbox and closing out tickets, regularly auditing employee data to ensure accuracy/consistency in FLSA assignments, bonus plan assignments, grade and bonus target assignments, etc.

Serve as project team member on various initiatives for the Americas Region, including: Design and implementation of Performance and Rewards Management Process/Tools; PRM Game Changer Projects; Equity Rollouts, Wellness and Benefits Initiatives, supporting the TR Organization Consultants in the ongoing support of their organizations as well as creation of communications for the HR community.

Seeking candidates majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or
related field.

Master’s level degree or enrollment in MA/MS program in HR, Finance or related field a plus,
though not a requirement.

Must have intermediate to advanced Excel skills
