Provide support with Help Desk tickets and solutions.
Assist with operations, maintenance, and administration of business systems (system back-ups, physical inventory processing, software support, etc.).
Help to draft user procedures, system documentation, and standard work to assist the department and user support.
Participate in resolution of network related issues in business system operations.
Assist IT team members with other projects as needed.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor Degree program in Management Systems, Information Technology, or related field.
Must have some experience with Microsoft products (MS Office, Exchange, Outlook, and SharePoint).
Some understanding of user/application support.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
Must be a team player.
