The Project will run one semester from September-December 2012
You’ll co-host workshops, throw events, and build relationships with students and faculty.
You’ll collaborate with the Life Technologies team to run marketing programs on campus to increase awareness of who Life Technologies is
Utilize social media to help drive awareness on campus (facebook, twitter, linkedin, etc)
Host a minimum of 2 events w/25+ attendees
Distribute collateral material to help support current campaigns
Work with Life Technologies team to identify trends on campus
Work directly with the a Sales Representatives to support their initiatives and interact with customers
Manage a budget
Weekly summaries + participation in Facebook group to share activities with peers
Create and implement your own activities to help increase awareness of Life Technologies
Job requires energy, enthusiasm, and passion for sharing Life Technologies’s products on campus. A basic understanding of science and the know-how to spread the word by leveraging campus events is key to being successful. It takes a leader — someone who can inspire peers and work with campus organizations. You need to be able to commit 5 hours per week.
Must be enrolled at Baylor University pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD degree during September-December 2012
