Responsible for supporting multiple areas and functions within the internal applications group. Position will give the individual a background into application support activities. The group supports PeopleSoft, Halogen and SharePoint help desk support, application development, testing and implementation.
Support internal business systems for the Capco business community.
Information gathering, build user requirements.
Document user specifications as a prelude to technical development.
Create user documentation for future reference.
No experience required
Basic knowledge of accounting, finance and general business processes.
Expertise in MS Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
General knowledge of process or technical re-engineering (Six Sigma).
Working towards a Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or technology.
Ability to get the job done within the allocated time frames.
Not happy with the status quo, always looking for improvement.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
