As an Internal Audit Consultant you will develop and maintain key relationships; by working within assigned areas to optimize business results.

Review and analyze audit documents and data to identify what can be used to evidence meeting operational standards.

Coordinate and manage a standard set for each audit.

Visit each site to perform assessment and develop an action plan and to prepare for audits, as needed.

Communicate with responsible market contacts throughout the process.

Role Essentials

Bachelors Degree

CPA designation

Prior audit experience

Knowledge/understanding of laws, regulations governed by the Department of Insurance

Computer literate (MS Word, Power Point, Excel).

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Role Desirables

Advanced degree preferred.

Knowledge of Humana’s internal policies and procedures

Reporting Relationships

You will report to a Internal Audit Manager.
