This role sits within a leading global Oil & Gas business, The team is substantial, as you would expect with a truly global organisation.. The role will involve working as/leading a team of auditors on operational and financial audit projects around the world. The team is a pool of talent for the wider business and there are dozens of different positions that members of the Internal Audit team have moved on to.
Successful applicants for the team must have direct experience of, and detailed understanding of, the Oil & Gas industry. This experience may come from a traditional accounting/auditing background, or the business will also consider those from a more operational background as long as they have auditing experience. All applicants must have a strong academic background, and hold a relevant professional qualification, whether that is related to Accounting, Audit or operationally related to the Oil & Gas Sector.
