Bachelors Degree within Related Field

Supervisory Experience Required
Responsible for the Internal Audit and Corporate Compliance functions of the organization. Evaluates and leads engagement planning as applied to the overall internal control environment by appropriately assessing financial, operational and business risks and addressing all identified areas of concern. Executes and reports on the audit plan. Monitors all outstanding audit issues. Is also responsible for managing the corporate compliance program including compliance with HIPAA's Privacy rule and to ensure that working in collaboration with the various department heads and administrative personnel the business affairs of the organization are conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.

Qualifications:
· 6 to 10 years of related audit experience
· At least 3 years of recent audit management experience
· Public accounting experience strongly preferred
· CPA or CIA Knowledge of medicare, medicaid and HIPAA regulations particularly those that involve reimbursement and privacy issues Knowledge of EMTALA , False Claims Act, fraud and abuse, good public speaker. Must be able to interpret standards, analyze complex compliance issues and develop practical, effective solutions, which may include the collaborative development of new policies and procedures.
· Excellent public speaker with and superior oral and written communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Visio, and Project) Education: 4-year degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
Experience:
· 6 to 10 years of related audit experience
· At least 3 years of recent audit management experience
· Public accounting experience strongly preferred
Licensure/Certification/Registration Requirements:
· CPA or CIA
