Responsibilities
Provides Senior Regional Director with sales and administrative support, including scheduling of meetings, preparing sales kits and presentations, conference materials and updating of databases (CRM) and activity reports
Provides inbound and outbound telephone support, including, qualifying advisors, answering product questions and sending follow-up product information
Proactively uses database and sales reports to identify high potential prospects, qualify leads and schedule appointments for Senior Regional Directors
Participates in other projects as requested by IM management. Qualifications
Minimum of two years experience in a customer service or sales capacity
Series 7 and 63 required or must be attained within 3 months of hire
Bachelor’s degree required
Solid understanding of investment products as well as key sales and service requirements of institutional clients and investment advisors
Excellent telephone sales and service skills
Dedication to detail and follow-up
Positive, can-do attitude and high level of personal initiative
Ability to work cooperatively with others to accomplish objectives
