Responsibilities of the role:|
This is a consultative sale where you will follow and incoming enquiries make new business calls and work closely with the experienced business development team. You will be responsible for new business generation, appointment setting and handling incoming enquiries together with 'hand holding' pipeline clients through the sales process.
We are looking for someone who makes the company stand out from the rest and can keep an engaging and intelligent discussion and pitch open.
To succeed you will be a successful proactive internal sales professional with at least 2 years business to business sales experience ideally within a relevant IT industry area. Training will be given in our products and services however we will require a basic level of understanding as a springboard.
Whilst you will be expected to make a high number of calls a day you are targeted on 'quality rather than quantity' and the calls are not scripted in any way.
You will have a relaxed approach and be able to establish rapport, fact find and naturally build relationships through to the next stage through following a proven business development process.
The role is really a combination of converting leads, pipeline building, incoming sales and lead generation.
