The Manager coordinates with global Cartus offices, departments, and service providers to ensure the integrity, quality control, and consistency of compensation services provided to our clients and customers. The Manager supports all team needs and serves as a subject matter expert on IACS services, and processes to Cartus' departments and clients.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Actively involved in all aspects of staffing matters including recruitment, training, allocation of responsibilities, and employee development
  • Direct and evaluate daily workload and performance of a team
  • Work closely with team members to ensure career development needs and opportunities are met
  • Make staffing level recommendations to Senior Management
  • Standardize processes and procedures across all regional client teams for maximum proficiency and accuracy, and be vigilant in recommending process improvements
  • Manage and coordinate with global teams on any special projects
  • Develop and manage quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure the accuracy and conformity to SLA’s on compensation-related products
  • Assist with identifying training needs and work with Learning and Development to develop IACS related training modules
  • Work closely with client contacts and internal departments on technical issues as they arise, and serve as a liaison with internal Cartus departments to ensure effective working relationships
  • Manage external provider relationships to ensure accurate and effective services integration
  • Monitor reports on productivity, quality, and cycle time to measure team performance and client service level agreements
  • Represent IACS discipline to Cartus; participate in company training initiatives to introduce additional services provided by the department
  • Identify opportunities for additional revenue streams and cost savings
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends, issues, and competitive practices
  • Participate in regional implementations of new clients ensuring that all IACS services and client specific processes are fully established, documented, and effectively transitioned to the team
  • Identify, make recommendations, and assist with the implementation of client specific or standard process improvements
BASIC & PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 5+ years international assignment compensation services experience and technical knowledge in international assignment program administration or other related work experience required
  • Knowledge of Cartus products and services highly desirable
  • International business exposure required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience required
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Experience in managing a team
  • Experience in managing complex and detailed processes in a service industry
  • Systems proficiency and demonstrated ability to learn new technical systems
