The International Coordinator position serves as the liaison between franchisees and the Latin America and Caribbean Regional Office and is responsible to provide high-level support to franchisees and other Subway field staff. Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Place equipment orders for franchisees.
Follow up on orders to ensure compliance and receipt.
Research and resolve franchisee inquiries or problems related to equipment, vendors, debits, credits and transmission of sales.
Perform data entry and process incoming/outgoing department mail and maintain files as needed.
Position requirements include; HS diploma or GED, excellent communication skills, ability to tactfully interact with a variety of individuals, very good organizational skills, basic PC knowledge. The ideal candidate must be a team player, pay attention to detail, possess good problem solving skills, and be able to work independently under demanding deadlines. Previous customer service experience is preferred. Must be bilingual (Spanish and English).
