50 year old Twinsburg company who leads the industry in providing quality,cost effective, high-impact retail merchandising products is looking for an experienced INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to join their team. Candidate must be a team player who takes pride in their work while paying close attention to details.Candidate would be primarily responsible for providing customer service for our internationally based customers beginning with offering product options and quotes and on through to order and shipping confirmations.KEY DUTIES:responsible for entering all orders promptly and maintenance related to assigned international accounts, including follow-through until orders have shipped, coordinating efforts with Operations as needed.responsible for coordinating and communicating pricing and availability to customers on an as-needed basis in a prompt matter. This will likely include shipping and logistics information.recognize and be able to work through customer related issues acting through proper channels to resolve the issues.various tasks as required by VP of Strategic Accounts, Director of International Sales or Director of Customer Support.assist in resolution of any credit issues that may arise.QUALIFICATIONS:high school grad or equivalent; bachelor degree preferred3-5 years of international business experienceBI-LINGUAL (fluent in spanish,both speaking and reading)excellent computer skills(including Word and Excel)excellent data entry skills(99% accuracy or higher)excellent communication and interpersonal skillsability to prioritize with little direction
