Leprino Foods Company, the World’s largest manufacturer of mozzarella cheese is seeking an International Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service Team located in Denver, CO at our corporate office.
As an International Customer Service Representative you will work with customers, both domestic and international. You will need to use your negotiation skills as well as calculate freight rates, markets, premiums, backhaul allowances, and other associated charges. You will also support and respond to product inquiries and requests from both prospective and current customers. Additionally you will provide customer service, and order processing and sales support.
If you have experience in international customer service in a professional role, preferably in the food manufacturing industry, this may be the opportunity you have been seeking.

Must be adaptable to ongoing changes
3 years international customer service experience within a professional environment
Experience using SAP
Advanced skills in MS Word and Excel
Must possess above average communication skills, both verbally and written
Intermediate math skills
Experience with 10 key Preferred Qualifications:
College degree in related field
Decision making ability and well organized
International customer service background in the food manufacturing industry
