      Position Title: Associate International HR Generalist

      KBR is seeking an Associate International HR Generalist for our Houston office. Job duties will include but not be limited to the following:

      Job Duties:
      Assist in development of assignment terms and conditions and cost estimates related to project and overhead, domestic and expatriate assignments in accordance with company policies and procedures
      Monitor US Government State Department uplifts and publish rates on a monthly basis to North American Government & Logistics (NAG&L) Business Unit
      Facilitate invoice processing and payments related to IHR budget
      Responsible for the development and management of contracts and administration of proprietary databases related to the company’s Global Expatriate Initiative (GEI)
      Prepare reports as needed from the GEI databases and SAP
      Assist with bi-annual Goods & Services Differential (G&SD) review.
      Assist in the development of global policies, procedures and processes in alignment with the company’s overall business strategy
      Monitor overhead expatriate assignments and provide support for monthly executive leadership status reports
      Manage project database and files
      Assist in special projects as required

      Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
      Strong written and oral communication skills
      Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and HR software applications preferred
