Intl. Market Development Specialist II's primary role is to grow the profitable sales and market share of DC/POS Category. The MDS II has a moderate to advanced understanding of vendor and IM programs, product offerings and the vendor's key competitive products. The MDS II serves as a liaison between Ingram Micro Sales and the vendor and leverages competitive information to the advantage of both the vendor and IM.
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree preferred. Capable of develop business and marketing plans to develop each of the assigned brands. Proven sales skills and working experience in developing business/sales plans required. Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and understand/communicate complex financial data. Ability to implement recommendations and see projects through to completion. Excellent problem solving, multitasking skills time management and organizational skills. Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point required. Bilingual English/Spanish .
Required Experience
More than 3 yrs. of experience on Data Capture/Point of Sale, Networking, Software or Consumer Electronics business.
