High school diploma require, Associate Degree preferred. 2 years scheduling and registration experience required. Advanced scheduling/registration experience preferred (Superuser/Template Editor). Resource scheduling experience preferred. Background in medical terminology preferred. Strong Customer Service experience required. Ability to work with stressful situations. Fluent in Arabic required.

Ability to function efficiently and professionally with a minimum of supervision.

Ability to schedule and coordinate international medicine patient appointments.

Ability to display compassion and empathy. Mandatory required training within first 30 days:
Symposium Call Training.
Website Insurance Training (Navinet, WebMD, Passport).
EPIC training & testing (Prelude/Cadence).
Registration Essentials.

All CHOP employees who work in a patient building or who provide patient care are required to receive an annual influenza vaccine unless they are granted a medical or religious exemption.

Job Description:
This is a position requiring professional phone skills, independent thinking, and advanced scheduling techniques and must be fluent in Arabic. The International Medicine Access Services Specialist will assist families with coordinating the schedules of medical interpreters, answering phone calls, resolving patient/family issues, and tracking/scanning Embassy financial letters of agreement into CRM system.
