Interacts with internal managers and team to develop, coordinate, and execute strategic marketing messages through a variety of formats (print, online, etc.) and other sales tools required to effectively communicate with customers, partners, and prospects
Collect competitive intelligence through research and networking to be organized and shared through team web media
Ability to translate complex product information into a compelling business value propositions, using creative writing expertise, designed to capture target market's?? interest and influence action
Ensures the consistency of our brand, key messaging and interacts with groups throughout the company to develop content; actively participates in brainstorming with team members to generate creative marketing strategies, tools and tactics
Prepares responses to Requests for Proposal, representing Ceridianâ??s solution and product accurately and professionally under demanding time lines
Generates reports and analysis on performance measurements, progress reports, and updates in order to insure that Management has full visibility to team performance and initiatives
Assist in the organization of team meetings, events, conferences, and other group activities
Inventory and organization of sales collaterals, materials, administration of special programs
Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, English, Marketing, or related field
Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; must be able to engage effectively with all levels of management with superior writing, editing, and proofreading skills
3+ years professional experience in Marketing, Sales, or proposal writing
Microsoft PowerPoint proficiency required; Word and Excel proficiency preferred. Must also expertly learn new applications such as Qvidian for RFP proposals
Must be a highly creative, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple large and complex projects in a fast-paced environment without constant supervision
Must be skilled at creating reports and analyzing data, proposal database management preferred, but not required
Experience with, or knowledge of, business services outsourcing
