Customer Support Intern

We are looking for a Customer Support Intern who loves to qu
  • otfix thingsquot and make people happy. The Customer Support Intern will assist our support lead in ensuring customer happiness by becoming an expert on Sifteo ’s product and policies; responding to user calls and emails, assessing and fielding inquiries from interested vendors/partners; processing orders and returns; generating customer metrics and making recommendations for improvements; demoing Sifteo Cubes at events; plus more. Qualified candidates will have the following: strong written and verbal communications skills; you think clearly and communicate with sensitivity, humor and candor ability to troubleshoot technology to help customers diagnose and correct problems
  • ability to to work 30 hrs - 40 hrs per week, February through June (with a possibility of full time after that)
  • strong organizational skills, ability to multi-taks and a keen eye for detail
  • excited about honing killer customer service skills and working in a fast-paced start up office culture

Marketing Intern

Your mission: help craft and communicate Sifteo ’s message, investigate customers° needs, and build + execute sales and marketing plans. Responsibilities will include increasing brand awareness and engagement on core social media platforms like the Sifteo blog, Facebook and Twitter; using insights gleaned from social media to help shape customer experience; helping with event planning and PR coordination; assisting with customer support, plus more. Qualified candidates will have the following:
  • ability to work 20 hrs - 40 hrs per week
  • currently pursuing a Bachelor Degree or MBA in a related field
  • at least two years of work experience
  • strong written and verbal communications skills; you think clearly and communicate with sensitivity, humor and candor
  • excellent organization and project management skills
  • an understanding of social media channels and the role of social media in brand building, customer engagement and customer service
  • fired up about jumping into a startup environment.
