Job Posting Title: Inventory Analyst - Pharmacy
Location: Minneapolis, MN

Manage the drug inventory at assigned dispensing pharmacy with regional distribution of medications. Ensure inventory is maintained consistently, accurately and in accordance with Company policies. Manage inventory across the network ensuring optimum levels of in-house stock necessary to serve our patient population on a timely basis.

High School diploma
Certified/Registered Pharmacy Technician (as state requires)
Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 5 years of Inventory Management Experience, preferably in Pharmacy
Previous inventory and/or warehousing experience in a high-SKU environment (> 1,000 SKU's)
Pharmaceutical drug inventory experience preferred
Must be capable in traveling up to 20% of the time, sometimes on short notice
Valid driver's license with good driving record and valid insurance
Must be capable to periodically work weekends
Must be capable to work overtime with short or no notice
Must be capable in maintaining regular attendance
Must be able to maintain compliance to all applicable regulations
Ambitious, energetic, and willing to learn and grow
Organization skills including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Effective oral communication skills
Ability to effectively and harmoniously interact with facility, group, division and company management and other employees at all levels; promotes teamwork, demonstrates strong professionalism and provide superior customer service
Essential Job Functions:
Develop and maintain an inventory database within an automated prescription dispensing environment.
Provide direct customer service to the support staff as assigned.
Maintain optimum levels of medication inventory and consumable products used in the automated prescription dispensing environment at all times.
Coordinate assigned inventory control counts for all dispensing facilities in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Support drug product recalls via appropriate reporting and record maintenance.
Provide clear and concise communications to all sites associated with recalls, new product additions and any product shortages.
Propose and provide creative resolutions to product shortages.
Maintain compliance to all applicable regulations via thorough practice of documentation and organizational skills.
Create purchase orders for all service department purchases.
Receive and open incoming boxes, make appropriate entries and move to dispensing areas for stocking.
