Completion of a post-secondary education in business, logistics, inventory or supply chain discipline or equivalent work experience
Three to five years experience in inventory management, logistics, transportation, supply chain or related field required
Proven and demonstrated leadership and management skills within a team-oriented environment
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with supply chain and inventory management
Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PP) and other technical software applications
SAP experience with EWM, Inventory Management, and ERP and RF systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to learn, prioritize, and multitask in a fast paced changing environment
Ability to work collaboratively on teams with other internal and external personnel to the facility
Candidate must be friendly, collaborative, intelligent and hard working

Job Description:
The Inventory Control Coordinator will be responsible for the oversight of functions relating to all SAP transactions of inventory, production reporting, purchasing, and warehouse transactions. This role will ensure all transactions within SAP are performed properly and timely, and will work with each department in the event of inventory discrepancies. The responsibility includes discovering methods to improve plant reporting processes and networking with other plants for adopting best practices. As a highly visible leader, this individual will be a safety leader setting the highest example supporting a safe work culture and environment, driving cost savings and productivity, and training other employees in SAP activities.
Essential Functions
Promote safety by driving a zero incident culture ensuring the safety of employees, contractors, and visitors
Be an effective safety leader engaging in Bunge Oils Safety discussions and initiatives
Communicate with Production, Supply Chain and Customer Service Representatives around inventory and SAP related issues
Be the SAP expert for the facility who would train and troubleshoot issues with employees at the facility
Ensure integrity of all SAP transactions
Proactively work with Account Managers, Customer Service Representatives, and plant personnel to prevent/reduce customer issues
Handle customer complaints of damaged product or product shortages due to damaged product, Return goods and damage claims
Accurately perform daily production reporting tasks and subsequent product storage
Work closely with the warehouse and QA functions to facilitate disposition of hold product and rework inventory
Ensure finish product inventory is managed for slow move, no move, and product approaching shelf life expiration.
Oversee the daily settlement of process orders and material back flushing ensuring proper manufacturing credit is calculated
Publish daily reports and contribute to weekly dashboard data
Initiate new SAP user requests and role determinations
Provide vacation relief for packaging facility positions in warehouse, transportation and scheduling
Supply training documentation for new SAP users
Ensure integrity of all SAP transactions
