This position will support the Inventory Control Manager and is responsible for inventory system updates, management reports, cycle counting, Kanban implementation and support.
•Inventory system updates
•Kanban implementation and support
•Interaction with manufacturing , shipping, materials departments
•Work order accuracy and analysis
•Other duties that may be assigned
•0-2 years in a manufacturing environment
•Knowledge of material management systems
•SAP experience preferred
2. Skills and Abilities:
•Computer skills with proficiency in MS office programs
•Candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain/Operations or related major and have completed their sophomore year.
•APICS involvement would be a plus
4. Physical Requirements:
•Position involves sitting long periods, standing, manual dexterity, stooping, bending and minimal lifting.
