DUTIES

Other duties may be assigned.ShippingEnsures that all items are properly packed, correct items are shipped and that the proper paperwork is established and the shipments leaves at the designated times.Receive purchased items and process transactions using Epicor Database (ERP system)Verify accuracy and quantities of itemsTrack serial numbers where applicableMonitor condition and completeness of itemsEnsures that all manufactured parts are inspected and routed correctly. Ensures that parts will be distributed without delay to internal recipientsExpedite and route components to various locations and projectsStore inventory items in proper locationsCoordinate and pack return itemsMonitor shipping suppliesProcess customer returns (RMA) using Epicor Database (ERP system)Proficient with MS Office and Windows applications.Monitor On-Hand quantities and condition of items in inventoryPick and pack sales ordersMaintain a clean and organized work environment

QUALIFICATIONS

Requires at least one year of experience with Inventory / Shipping and Receiving processes. This position requires good computer skills and ability to follow through with requested tasks. This best candidate must be able to receive purchased items into the ERP system, expedite and route components appropriately, stock inventory, monitor supplies, pick and pack sales orders, and move items up to 75 pounds. High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Include the following.
