The Shared Services Inventory Coordinator interacts with multiple departments and is responsible for ensuring that the company has materials and products needed. Position coordinates the daily management of inventory functions, assembles kits and fulfill requisitions to support sales team and outside vendors and brokers. This includes: placing and verifying orders for printed forms and materials related to company products, logging receipts and shipments of materials, weekly and monthly cycle counts and preparation of inventory reports and offsite warehouse pickups and deliveries.

Position requires proficient verbal and written communication skills, must have the ability to support interface and communicate with various clients and organizations both in person and over the phone. Must be detail oriented, proficient in basic computer software and operations of Word & Excel. Data entry and 10 Key experience helpful. Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Must be able to drive stick shift. High School Diploma required and some inventory/order pulling experience preferred.
