Conducts investigations into any direct or implied threat to Facebook executives to include brand or proprietary risk issues. Coordinates Facebook’s response to workplace threats, and executes various types of investigative activities to support business requests and external inquiries. IDENTIFIES EXECUTIVE RISK: Analyze preliminary evidence, identify relevant evidence to be obtained, and develop investigative plans. Obtain and preserve key evidence, including the potential for testimonial evidence, evaluate evidence obtained, and draw objective conclusions supported by the evidence.
COMMUNICATION OF EXECUTIVE RISK: Report interim and final investigative results to Global Physical Security and Executive Protection Logistics management and, as appropriate, to business unit management. Collaborate with all internal Facebook corporate functions, as appropriate. (Legal, Human Resources, and other internal functions). Maintain confidentiality and compliance with laws, regulations, and Company policies, processes, procedures, and guidelines.
DOCUMENTATION OF EXECUTIVE RISK: Maintain complete, accurate, and orderly case file documentation and database records.
GLOBAL INVESTIGATIVE SUPPORT RESOURCE: Support Facebook teams as needed, including the Legal, Human Resources, and International teams, as appropriate.
PROPRIETARY/CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION: Manage privacy data security breach investigations.
GROWTH & DEVELOPMENT: Direct report to The Manager, Global Business Intelligence and responsible to independently evaluate progress on goals and growth plans and periodically update management of progress, needs, and program initiatives, as needed. Requirements
This position has no direct reports, but will utilize internal Physical Security. Executive Protection, and Logistics Operations resources to develop synergy with global security operations.

security-related field preferred
CFE and CFI preferred
Minimum Experience / Training Required
Five to 10 years investigative experience in private industry
Successful completion of training on various interview techniques
Must be proficient in Intelligence gathering disciplines, business report writing and
the Microsoft Office suite of computer applications
Excellent oral communication skills
