Security is at the core of Google's design and development process: it is built into the DNA of our products. The same is true of our offices. You'll manage the security staff who keep our Googlers safe and our world-class technologies and facilities secure. You'll collaborate with our Facilities Management team to create innovative security strategies, investigate breaches and create risk assessment plans for the future. You believe that providing effective security doesn't come at the expense of customer service - you will be our bodyguard (and our long lost pal).

Develop protocols and practices to assess and mitigate threats to company assets, and to manage crises, as well as deliver threat assessment services by collecting, evaluating and disseminating accurate and timely intelligence information to appropriate managers.
Investigate possible violations of Google's Security/HR/Finance policies, Code of Conduct, or other business conditions and provides appropriate reports to management summarizing the findings.
Conduct audits and other research to identify process deficiencies which could allow inappropriate business conduct and recommend protocols and policies to address those weaknesses.
Develop strong relationships with domestic and international law enforcement and government counterparts, as well as private sector peers worldwide.
Provide and coordinate supplemental protective services for business travelers or other personnel assets and participate in the planning of company events to ensure a safe and secure venue for participants.

4 year Bachelors Degree required. In lieu of Degree, 4 years of work experience in relevant field.
5 years Investigations Experience conducting complex sensitive investigations in a Private Sector/Public Sector Environment.

Investigative/Interview Certification through a national or internationally recognized organization.
1 Year experience doing Executive, Celebrity or Dignitary Protection.
1 Year experience conducting diverse investigations ranging from work place violence, threat mitigation, financial crimes, corrupt practices, thefts, and insider threat.
Bilingual (Spanish, Chinese, Portugese).
1 year Supply Chain investigations experience.
