The general purpose of this position is to assist the firm with various quantitative analytical functions. Work performed by the Investment Strategies Analyst frequently involves the use of computer programming, Monte Carlo simulation, regression analysis, and statistical analysis of historic financial data. This work is to be performed in a fast-paced environment while maintaining reliability and quality of analysis. This person will also prepare reports and presentations and assist with other special projects.

- Bachelor's degree in a field requiring strong analytical and quantitative skills such as Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Finance or Economics. Dual majors preferred (e.g. Math and Economics)
- Interest in Financial Markets / Economics and pursuing a related career field preferred
- Programming knowledge required. Matlab, C++, and VBA experience preferred
- Proficient in Excel
