Irt Retire Service Center Rep. 1

This position is located in Charlotte, NC at the Customer Information Center in the University area.
Candidates must have flexibility to work a shift between 6:45AM and 10:00PM.
Provide quality customer service while building Wells Fargo client relationships in an institutional retirement call center. An extensive training program will prepare selected candidates to respond to customer telephone inquiries regarding Retirement plans by providing account information, educating callers of investment options, and processing transactions. Balance multiple tasks while providing courteous and efficient service to participants and fellow representatives. Must retain and manage a high volume of information, while effectively balancing quality and productivity. This is an ideal position for motivated team players committed to exceptional customer service, interested in learning about 401(k) Plans, and who want to develop careers with a national leader.
1+ years customer service or financial services industry experience.
Strong data entry, PC skills and experience in working with multiple file types. Ability to multitask, problem solve and prioritize. Strong written and verbal communications skills
2+ years recent and relevant customer service or financial services experience or equivalent experience.
Intermediate level user with web based applications and demonstrated ability to use various applications simultaneously.
Experience working in a call center environment as a customer service representative preferred.
Institutional Retirement product knowledge preferred.
Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred.
