Client is a stable and dynamic organization seeking a Client Project Manager to join its team of exceptional, dedicated employees.
This position is directly responsible for seeing conversion related job request (new programming conversions, programming maintenance requests and account number conversions) through to complete process, for reporting on the status/quality of the different projects assigned, and for ensuring that programming changes are accurate.

Details: Provides internal support for assigned Customer Service Reps/Clients. Assists CSRs with obtaining the correct conversion information. Researches conversion/programming issues for Customer Service Represent CSR's Point of Contact for CSR regarding any questions. Evaluates new files to determine type and feasibility of automating. Coordinates account number conversions by setting up information to be verified by CSR and submitting work orders to programming. Researches and verifies programming request for accuracy, necessity and feasibility before forwarding to programmers. Tracks new conversions and conversion maintenance requests through out the process and follows up any guidelines not being met Coordinates verification of the project request and all conversions -post production. Follows up with Customer Service Reps. on pending or outstanding conversions. Responsible for keeping CSR's, Operations and management informed on conversion statuses and elevating issues as necessary. Responsible for making sure all documentation logs and databases (including mainframes client master) are up to date. Generates management reports on pending conversions. Responsible for the tracking and documenting of the conversion processes in formats accessible by other departments. Special projects as assigned.

Qualifications/Skills Required:
College degree (prefer business oriented major or Project Manager) or equivalent work experience. 2+ years administrative or operation experience. Background in data processing. Must have some understanding of different file types, (data files, print image files, ASCII vs. EBCDIC, fixed width, etc.) Excellent people and communication skills Extremely organized and detail oriented Proficient in Windows operating platforms, Excel, Access, Word, and code using VBA or VB Knowledge of Crystal reports and SQL helpful

Key Skills: Ability to work with different types of data files Analytical mind which is able to process information logically Knowledge of Third Party Collections and/or the Cable Television Industry a plus Ability to run and operate databases. Proficient in PC operations and ability to learn new software Proficient in using analytical tools like Excel, Microsoft Access
