Roles And Responsibilities:
Analysis and Design skills for multi-tier architecture, excellent communication and writing skills.

Experience with development of J2EE Java language programs:
Experience in creating object designs

Experience in creating object oriented J2EE compliant Java code

Required Key Skills

Experience with the development of the following Java components:

AJAX JavaScript

JSP

Spring Framework

Hibernate

Struts Framework

Design Pattern

MVC

Façade

Ibatis

JDBC

FOP (Formatting Objects Processor)

Apache POI

JUnit (TFD/TDD)

Servelettes

Experience with Java development on multiple tiers and OS environments

Experience with multi-tier application design and development

Experience developing J2EE Java on a Windows 2003 Server environment.

Experience developing J2EE Java on a Linux environment.

Experience with Oracle based SQL Programming language.

Strong SQL Programming Skills

IBM Corp.’s Websphere Application Server (prefer version 7 or above experience), Rational Application Developer, Windows XP Pro Desktop OS

A proven track record of delivery within time and estimates.

Strong code / requirement testing skills.

Desired Key Skills

Experience designing web based Java applications in an x-tier environment (highly desirable) Experience in participating in programming in large IT development projects Database design and programming experience with Oracle database (version 10g or higher) Strong knowledge of project planning (using Microsoft Project) and team programming

Microsoft Project plan has been created for the project.

Resource will work with project plan and team resources to insure an understanding of assignments and timeframes.

Resource will identify impacts of problems with schedule when appropriate and propose corrective actions.
