1. New Item Set Up
a. Complete and submit new items forms for all Alliance Partners to coincide with card releases semi-annually.
b. Complete Test Card Request forms
c. Manage/Follow up on Open loop receipt, upload , and approval steps
2. Fixture Orders
a. Place and track orders
b. Review inventory of fixtures on a weekly basis to identify needs
c. Review Signage needs and coordinate with Account Management and Operations and Marketing (if applicable e.g. custom signage for GPR, Telecom, etc.)
3. Create and distribute newsletters, IOCs, ad-hoc sales reports as needed
4. Review Merchant not on file report and submit necessary updates
5. Wholesale Support
a. Print and save wholesale new onboardings from portal
b. Follow up on outstanding portal entries
c. Follow up on missing details
6. Once provided with our main contacts at partners, could distribute general notifications as they come through, IE discontinues, price changes, commission schedules, etc.
7. Maintain and follow up on necessary artwork in One Hub for certain partners
8. Store Survey Calls
9. Data Entry
a. BOSS updates
b. POG requests
c. Inventory Portal Updates
d. DAX Store Updates
10. Backer Tag creation and maintenance
11. Tracker maintenance
a. Continues updates to various trackers based on project needs
12. Attend client facing meetings and weekly sales/AM meetings
13. Account manage smaller/tier 4 Distribution Partners

Qualifications:
6 months to 3 years exp in a sales environment
Good communication skills
Must be organized
Self motivated
