Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Functions as a focal point between system users, software developers, and operators by blending technical knowledge with business best practices
  • Participate as part of the client service team to ensure an excellent client experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide efficient and effective resolution to internal/external client created cases.
  • Diagnose problems within proprietary enterprise platforms
  • Assist in the release and deployment of product updates
  • Participate in a rotating evening/weekend shift
  • 2+ years of progressively responsible technical experience in customer support
  • 2+ years experience with enterprise application support
  • Excellent Diagnostic and Problem Solving Skills
  • Experience working in Unix/Linux and Windows environments
  • Experience remotely diagnosing networked computer systems.
  • Able to work in a team-focused, fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, good customer interaction skills are a must
The following items are a plus
  • Bachelors in Computer Science or degree in a related technical field
  • Basic networking skills, an understanding of firewalls and network infrastructures a plus.
  • 1+ years experience querying and using relational databases
  • Comfortable reading and diagnosing error messages and stack traces
